With a cancellation until later in the year at Pembroke Pines for the 2nd 8U jamboree of the season, Kendall Ice Arena played host to both the majors and minors. The Toros beat the Makos 2-1 with goals from Rally Blesi to highlight a very competitive full day of hockey!

The U8 Miami Toros competed in their first jamboree of the season at Rink on the Beach. For many of the young players it was their first regular season matchups. The Toros fell to the Golden Wolves 1-0 in the opening match. The next game, against the Palm Beach Hawks, saw the Toros skate away with a 5-1 victory! The Toros goal scorers were Julian, Rally, and Lucas. The final game of the day was a 2-0 defeat to the Florida Fury. The competitive and tough nature of the U8 Toros is a staple that will surely be built upon all season by this young team. The next U8 jamboree for our Toros will be on October 16th at Pines Ice Arena.
